 Supply Chain Coordinator (Outbound Logistics)

Join a Dynamic Supply Chain Team in the Heart of Amsterdam

Are you a hands-on logistics professional who thrives in a fast-paced trading environment? Do you enjoy solving operational challenges, coordinating complex deliveries, and ensuring customers receive their products on time? If so, we'd love to meet you.

As our Supply Chain Coordinator, you will play a key role in managing outbound orders, coordinating transportation, and ensuring seamless delivery execution for our customers. What You'll Do

As part of our Outbound Supply Chain team, you will take ownership of the complete outbound logistics process, including:

·       Managing outbound orders from planning through successful customer delivery

·       Coordinating with logistics partners and third-party logistics providers (3PLs)

·       Purchasing and arranging transportation services

·       Monitoring deliveries and proactively resolving disruptions

·       Handling customer complaints and logistics-related issues

·       Prioritizing urgent orders and operational challenges effectively

·       Maintaining clear communication with internal and external stakeholders

·       Identifying opportunities for process improvement and participating in improvement projects

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

·       3-5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain operations, customer service, or order management

·       Experience coordinating and executing logistical processes

·       Strong planning and organizational skills

·       Ability to maintain overview in a dynamic environment with multiple priorities

·       Solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities

·       Excellent communication skills in English, Dutch language skills are a plus

Ambitious junior professionals with strong potential are also encouraged to apply.

Nice to Have

·       Experience within the food industry

·       Experience in a trading environment

·       Knowledge of SAP

·       Data analytics skills

·       Experience with organic food products

·       Independently manage your own customer and order portfolio

·       Build strong relationships across the organization and with external logistics partners

·       Take ownership of operational challenges and propose solutions proactively

Location: Amsterdam (Hybrid, 40% remote after onboarding)
Hours: Full-time
Contract: 1-year contract with the intention to move to a permanent contract upon successful performance
