Junior Trade Coordinator Fruit & Vegetables

Our Trade Coordinator assists the Trade desks in the trading activities especially in an administrative and supporting way. The Trade Coordinator assists in registering sales, purchases and orders in the ERP system, in customer service, in sample dispatch, in maintaining CRM data and in all other structural and ad hoc tasks of the Trade desks. The Trade Coordinator we are looking for will be trained to mainly assist our Fruit & Vegetable desk, but also to support the other Trade desks handling for example Dry and Oil products in case of absence of Trade Coordinators or whenever assistance is needed.  

As our Trade Coordinator, you are the coordinating key between Trade, Logistics and Quality with the following main responsibilities:  

  • Registering purchase and sales contracts in ERP system; 

  • Order processing in the ERP system; 

  • Sample dispatch, processing and follow up; 

  • Assist in customer service handling towards clients and suppliers; 

  • Registering complaints in the ERP system; 

  • Maintaining the contact details of our relations in the ERP system (CRM); 

  • Preparing reports or overviews; 

Job requirements

What you’ll bring

  • Bachelor level (ideally International Trade and/or Agricultural education); 

  • Experience in an administrative and customer-oriented role is a plus; 

  • Excellent command of the English and Dutch language, any third language is a plus; 

  • Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook & Teams; 

  • Experience with ERP systems preferably Microsoft Axapta and SAP  is a plus.
