Sales Coordinator (DACH Region)

As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our team and helping expand our presence in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). This entry-level position is designed as the first step in your sales career, with the chance to grow into a Junior Sales Manager role while gaining more responsibility over time.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Sales Administration: Register contracts and customer orders in our system, ensuring smooth operations.
Business Development: Contribute to expanding our customer base and identifying new business opportunities.
Customer Support: Act as the point of contact for our customers, ensuring they are satisfied with our products and services.
Coordination & Follow-Up: Assist in preparing offers and pricing, and ensure timely processing of orders.
Job requirements
What We Are Looking For:
Education: You have completed your school education or vocational training in business, commerce, or a related field.
Skills: You are fluent in both German and English (written and spoken) and are proficient in Microsoft Office.
Personality: You are organized, solution-oriented, eager to learn, and enjoy working in a team.
Experience: Any experience in customer service, business, or sales is a plus, but not required.
