Sales Manager for South Europe – Join Tradin Organic in Amsterdam

The Role:

As Sales Manager for South Europe, you’ll be at the forefront of our growth in the region. This hands-on, client-facing role will give you the chance to drive sales, build lasting relationships, and represent Tradin Organic at trade fairs and client meetings across Europe.

You’ll take ownership of expanding our customer base, acquiring new clients, and ensuring long-term partnerships. Your contribution will be key to hitting sales targets and driving the future success of the company.

Who You Are:
You're someone who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments and loves the excitement of working for an international company. With at least 3 years of experience in a commercial office environment, you have a natural ability to connect with people, build relationships, and drive business growth. You're passionate about organic food and believe in supporting sustainable practices.

Whether it’s making new connections or nurturing existing ones, you’re driven to succeed and ready to learn and grow in your sales career. You communicate clearly, confidently, and with enthusiasm in both English and Italian (Spanish and or French are a plus), and you take pride in delivering exceptional service and closing deals.

What You’ll Do:

  • Sales Development: Drive new business opportunities in South Europe, actively identifying and acquiring new clients.

  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with your clients, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.

  • Contract Management: Oversee contracts, orders, and ensure all the operations related to quality, logistics and general supply chain are executed smoothly, meeting customer expectations.

  • Networking & Acquisition: Proactively reach out to potential clients, attend industry events, and expand your network.

Job requirements

What We’re Looking For:

  • At least 3 years of commercial experience in an office environment, ideally within the food industry, and a passion for organic food.

  • Fluent in English and Italian (Spanish and/or French are a plus), with strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders.

  • A people-oriented individual who enjoys meeting new people, building relationships, and growing business.

  • Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, manages multiple priorities, and enjoys tackling new challenges.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a drive to make deals and close sales.

  • Organized, eager to learn, and ready to take on more responsibility as you grow in the role.

  • Ability to travel 40% across Europe.
