Tradin Organic, the global front-runner in organic ingredients, started its journey 30 years ago with its HQ in Amsterdam. Today, we have grown to source, process, and supply over 150 delicious organic ingredients from 60+ origins worldwide, holding a diverse range of certifications. We offer a wide range of ingredients, from frozen fruit and vegetables, dried fruits, cocoa, sugar, pulses, seeds, nuts, oils, fats, fruit concentrates, sweeteners and more.

For our office in Amsterdam, The Netherlands, we are looking for a:
Sales Manager France
As our Sales Manager France, you will take full ownership of growing our business in the region. This is a hands-on commercial role for someone who enjoys building strong customer relationships, identifying new opportunities, and turning them into sustainable growth. You are commercially driven, take ownership, and feel confident about leading negotiations, managing margins, and developing long-term partnerships. Working closely with colleagues across supply chain, quality and logistics, you know how to combine an entrepreneurial mindset with a collaborative approach to deliver results.
Job requirements
What you'll be doing
Drive the commercial growth of Tradin Organic in France, while expanding business opportunities across Southern Europe.
Build strong relationships with existing customers in France and proactively acquire new business to grow key accounts.
Develop and execute a regional sales strategy that translates market opportunities into sustainable revenue growth.
Take full ownership of pricing, negotiations, contracts and margin management to achieve profitable results.
Identify market trends, customer needs and new product or trade opportunities to strengthen Tradin Organic's market position.
Represent Tradin Organic at customer visits, trade fairs and industry events as a trusted commercial partner.
Work closely with Supply Chain, Quality Assurance, Logistics and Finance to ensure seamless execution and excellent customer satisfaction.
Monitor commercial performance, contribute to the regional sales budget, and take ownership of achieving sales targets.
What we’re looking for
You have 4–5 years of B2B commercial experience, preferably within food ingredients, agri-commodities, food manufacturing or a related industry.
You have a proven track record of managing the full commercial cycle, including pricing, negotiations, contracts and margin management.
You are commercially driven, take ownership, and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where you work independently and deliver results.
You build strong customer relationships while maintaining a sharp commercial focus and identifying new business opportunities.
You are fluent in French and English.
You are based in the Netherlands (or can relocate immediately), are happy to travel up to 40% across Europe, but mostly France, and enjoy being close to the business and your customers.
Experience within the organic food industry or a genuine interest in sustainability and ethical sourcing is a plus, as is an existing network within the French food market.
