We have 20+ years of experience working with the US largest retailers to create on trend private label products using our global supply chain of ingredients. We’re on a mission to drive the consumption of organic products by creating on-trend private label retail products for a select group of leading U.S. retailers. For our US team, we are looking for a Sales Specialist to join our Fruit & Vegetable Team!
This is a remote position within the US.
Sales Specialist
The Sales Specialist is responsible for customer relationship management with a focus on growing our portfolio of business with existing customers. Secondary focus on building own customer bank and sales. They also provide input and assistance to other internal functional areas including Quality, Customer Service, Demand Planning, Costing, and overall Supply Chain in order to improve processes and customer satisfaction levels.

Support Sales Executives and leadership on key accounts and strategic initiatives Independently manage assigned customer accounts, building strong relationships and driving sales growth
Identify and convert leads into active customers
Achieve contribution margin targets and contribute to overall revenue objectives
Proactively identify account growth opportunities (upsell, cross-sell, margin improvement)
Ensure accuracy and timeliness in contract development and execution
Apply pricing strategies and maintain awareness of costs and margins
Maintain knowledge of position management, products, vendors, and incoterms
Deliver excellent customer service and continuously improve customer satisfaction
Track performance results, identify risks, and communicate insights to management
Develop industry knowledge and stay informed on market trends
Collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams
Participate in competency-building and professional development initiatives
What you’ll bring?
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, International Trade, Agriculture, or related field (or equivalent experience)
6+ years of experience in a commercial or sales environment
Proven ability to manage customer accounts and meet sales targets
Experience working with contracts, pricing, and margin management
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
Travel 10-25%
Knowledge and Skills
Strong understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management
Ability to manage accounts independently and identify growth opportunities
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and prioritization skills
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
Collaborative, adaptable, and results-driven
