As our Sustainability Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in helping us build a more ethical and sustainable food system. From ensuring compliance with new environmental regulations to tracking progress toward ambitious goals, you’ll help turn big ideas into real-world change.

You’ll be actively involved in shaping and supporting our sustainability strategy. In this role, you’ll connect with teams across our global supply chain from sales desks and factories to colleagues working directly with farmers in origin countries. We’re looking for someone who takes ownership, has an eye for detail, and enjoys working with data to support decision-making and reporting. If you're naturally proactive, motivated by purpose, and energized by collaboration, you’ll feel right at home here.

We believe that diversity drives progress and that great ideas come from different perspectives. We welcome applicants of all backgrounds, identities, and abilities even if you don’t meet every single requirement. What matters most is your mindset, motivation, and your willingness to learn and grow with us.

 Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Program coordination: project manage our Program including tracking progress on targets, and maintain our Sustainability Manual that details roles & responsibilities, policies and procedures.

  • ESG reporting: leading data collection from our operations, suppliers and origins to track internal KPIs and meet external CSRD-reporting requirements (through our holding company Acomo).

  • Sustainable sourcing: supporting our and our customers’ certification pathways (with a focus on BCorp, Fairtrade and Rainforest Alliance), and supporting our EUDR compliance system.
