Coffee Sourcing and Logistics Traineeship – On-the-Job Experience (9-Month Contract with Possibility to Extend)

This 9-month opportunity (with the possibility to extend) provides you with a front-row seat to the inner workings of the coffee industry, where you’ll learn by doing.

What You’ll Do

Logistics & Sourcing
• Track shipments, manage documentation, and ensure compliance with logistics and certification standards.
• Coordinate with suppliers and manage logistics for incoming coffee shipments.
• Support sustainability initiatives, including compliance and verification standards (AAA verification, HRDD, SEDEX, and EUDR).
• Provide logistical support for sourcing and various coffee projects.

Coffee Trading
• Get involved in buying and selling coffee on the international market.
• Collect and share price and volume data with our commercial team during peak seasons (Nov-Apr).
• Assist the trading team by coordinating coffee samples and ensuring availability for trading.
• Monitor market trends and price fluctuations to support strategic decision-making.
