Global Commercial Excellence Manager

Tradin Organic is embarking on Project NEXT, a global ERP transformation that will redefine the way we work across all regions. To support this journey and to strengthen our commercial processes and systems beyond the project, we are hiring a Global Commercial Excellence Manager.

The Role

This is a unique opportunity to shape how Tradin Organic works on a global scale both in the short term through Project NEXT and in the long term by embedding business excellence, cross-functional collaboration, and commercial effectiveness worldwide.

This role is designed to support our commercial teams and strengthen their success. You will enable sales, marketing, and after-sales teams to work smarter and faster by providing the right processes, systems, and data insights. We are looking for someone who operates in the sweet spot between strategy and execution: able to design smarter global processes and systems, but also willing to roll up their sleeves and make them work in practice.

Phase 1 – Project NEXT (ERP Implementation): Be part of the global ERP project team, focusing on CRM selection, prospect-to-cash and source-to-pay process design, and ensuring commercial workflows align across regions with the new system.

Phase 2 – Beyond Project NEXT: After the ERP go-live, you will continue to apply a Revenue Operations mindset to strengthen our commercial capabilities globally. Your role will focus on breaking down siloes, improving transparency, and enabling scalable growth across global commercial teams.

Job requirements

Key Responsibilities

During Project NEXT (ERP/CRM Implementation):

  • Act as the commercial workstream lead for prospect-to-cash, source-to-pay, CRM, and Revenue Operations-related topics.

  • Partner with IT, project managers, sales, and marketing to define CRM requirements.

  • Map and document commercial processes (e.g., lead management, opportunity tracking, forecasting, quotation, onboarding).

  • Support data migration and ensure data integrity in the new ERP/CRM system.

  • Provide input for testing, training, and user adoption, ensuring the commercial team is supported throughout the transition.

Beyond Project NEXT (Business Excellence & Revenue Operations):

  • Support the maintenance of the CRM and commercial tech stack.

  • Develop reporting dashboards to provide insights into pipeline, forecasting, and performance.

  • Standardize and govern commercial processes across sales, marketing, and after-sales.

  • Act as the point of contact for commercial applications, data, and process improvements.

  • Help commercial teams effectively use CRM and tools to achieve their goals.

  • Identify opportunities for automation, efficiency, and improved cross-team collaboration.

  • Contribute to strategic commercial initiatives and go-to-market projects.

What We’re Looking For

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, IT, or related field.

  • Experience: 4–6 years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or CRM/ERP project roles, ideally in B2B environments. Proven experience in ERP or CRM implementation projects is strongly preferred.

  • Systems Knowledge: Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics, or similar). ERP exposure is a strong plus.

  • Mindset: Pragmatic, entrepreneurial, and comfortable working in a project environment with change and ambiguity. Hands-on and willing to roll up your sleeves

Skills:

  • Balance of strategic thinking and tactical execution; able to design processes and also drive adoption.

  • Strong process thinking and problem-solving mindset.

  • Ability to translate business needs into clear system/process requirements.

  • Analytical and data-driven, with reporting/dashboarding skills.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
