Tradin Organic, the global front-runner in organic ingredients, started its journey 30 years ago with its HQ in Amsterdam. Today, we have grown to source, process, and supply over 150 delicious organic ingredients from 60+ origins worldwide, holding a diverse range of certifications. For our office in Amsterdam, The Netherlands, we are looking for a:
Internship Marketing & Communications
As a Marketing & Communications Intern, you will support a wide range of communication activities. From creating engaging social media content and supporting marketing campaigns to strengthening internal communications and employee engagement, you will help bring our stories to life for both internal and external audiences.
Working closely with the Global Growth team and stakeholders across the business, you will gain hands-on experience in content creation, visual communication, social media, internal communications, and branding within an international organization. This internship offers a unique opportunity to develop a broad set of Marketing & Communications skills, with a strong focus on internal communications and employee engagement.
Job requirements
What you’ll bring
Create and manage content for both internal and external communication channels
Support internal communication activities through Viva Connections, SharePoint, newsletters, employee updates, and company-wide announcements
Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and support the communication of strategic projects, such as our Culture Project
Assist in planning, creating, and publishing content for social media channels
Help develop marketing and communication materials, including presentations, visual assets, digital content, and promotional materials
Design visual content for digital screens, internal campaigns, presentations, newsletters, and social media using Canva and other design tools
Support the planning and promotion of internal and external events, trade shows, celebrations, and employee activities
Support broader Marketing & Communications projects and actively seek opportunities to develop new skills and contribute ideas
What we’re looking for
Currently studying an MBO/HBO program in communications, marketing, media, journalism, business communication, or a related field
Strong interest in marketing, communications, content creation, and storytelling
Excellent written and spoken English
Comfortable working with Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint
Strong eye for design and visual storytelling
Creative, proactive, and eager to take ownership of communication projects
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in collaborating with colleagues across different teams and locations
