For our US team, we are looking for a Sales Executive to join our F&V Desk Team!
This is a remote position within the US.


Sales Executive


As our Sales Executive you are responsible for driving sales and profitability in line with our strategic plan. Must ensure customer satisfaction, the capturing of opportunities (new and existing business), product penetration, development of accounts, the assessment of risk, departmental improvements, and information exchange. 

Your responsibilities and objectives:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of customer accounts, driving revenue, retention, and profitability 

  • Develop and execute sales plans, identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing accounts 

  • Build strong customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction through proactive support and issue resolution 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute contracts and deliver commercial outcomes 

  • Monitor performance, assess risks, and recommend actions to achieve sales targets 

Job requirements

  •  Bachelor's degree in business management, Marketing, International Trade, Agriculture, or related field 

  • 8+ years of experience in a commercial environment, including 4+ years in sales or a similar role 

  • Proven experience managing customer accounts and delivering revenue growth 

  • Experience with contract negotiation, pricing, and market development 

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, results-driven environment 

  • Willingness to travel approximately 10–25%

Knowledge and skills:

  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of sales and market dynamics 

  • Ability to independently manage accounts and drive strategic growth 

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities 

  • Collaborative mindset with ability to work across teams 

  • Successful customer service experience

  • Demonstrated experience building rapport with customers and curating durable relationships

  • Ability to solve challenging problems

  • Prioritize and meet deadlines
