For our office in the center of Amsterdam, The Netherlands, we are looking for a:

Sales Manager – South Europe

Location: Amsterdam (Hybrid)

If you’re a driven sales professional with a passion for food ingredients and an interest in sustainable supply chains, Tradin Organic offers the next step in your career. We are looking for a Sales Manager to accelerate our growth across Italy, France, Spain and the wider Southern European market.

The Role

As Sales Manager for South Europe, you will own and grow a portfolio of food & beverage manufacturers, distributors, and retail clients. This is a hands-on commercial role where you will be responsible for developing new business, expanding existing accounts, and positioning Tradin Organic as a trusted supplier of organic ingredients.

You will represent Tradin Organic at industry events, trade shows and client visits, translating market opportunities into long-term commercial success.

What You’ll Do

Drive regional growth

  • Develop and execute a commercial strategy for Southern Europe

  • Identify new opportunities and onboard new customers

Manage key accounts

  • Grow and optimize existing customer relationships

  • Lead pricing negotiations and contract management

  • Monitor forecast, pipeline and margin performance

Commercial operations

  • Work closely with quality, logistics and supply chain to ensure smooth delivery

  • Manage contract execution and follow up on shipments, documentation and customer needs

Market presence & networking

  • Represent Tradin Organic at trade shows, client meetings, and industry events

  • Build a strong industry network and track market trends, competitor activity, and product opportunities

What You’ll Bring

  • Sales drive with a consultative, solution-oriented approach

  • Confidence in presenting, negotiating and closing deals

  • Strong organizational skills and ownership mindset

  • Passion for sustainable, organic and ethical sourcing is a plus

Job requirements

What We’re Looking For:

  • 4–5 years of commercial experience, ideally in B2B food ingredients, agri-commodities, food manufacturing, flavor houses, or related sectors

  • Comfortable taking full commercial ownership: pricing, contracts, forecasting, margin management, and customer growth plans

  • A natural relationship-builder who understands how business works in Southern European markets both commercially and culturally

  • Strong people skills: you genuinely enjoy meeting new customers, nurturing relationships, and developing business

  • Thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with multiple priorities and new challenges

  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with the confidence to negotiate and close deals

  • Fluent in Italian, French and English and able to conduct business negotiations in all required languages (Spanish is a plus)

  • Organized, proactive, eager to learn, and ready to take on increasing responsibility as the role grows

  • Experience selling into manufacturers, food brands, or retail/private label supply chains is a strong advantage

  • Willing and able to travel up to 40% across Europe to meet customers and attend trade events
