Supply Chain Supervisor - Outbound
Are you a hands-on professional with a result-driven, solution-oriented mindset? Do you bring a pragmatic approach and expertise in supply chain management, especially in customer service and order execution? We’re looking for a dedicated Supply Chain Supervisor - Outbound to join our dynamic team in Amsterdam!
As the Supply Chain Supervisor - Outbound, you’ll oversee the execution of sales to customers across the EMEA region. In this role, you will actively support the team in executing daily operations, providing guidance and ensuring the smooth flow of processes. You’ll work closely with the Supply Chain Manager to lead and support the team, drive performance, and enhance daily activities. You’ll also participate in exciting EMEA and Global projects, representing the EMEA Supply Chain team.

What we’re looking for
Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, or a related field
In-depth understanding of the food supply chain; knowledge of organic products and related regulations is a plus
Strong analytical skills, especially in transportation cost analysis (carrier, mode, lane)
Track record in improving work processes and enhancing team efficiency
Experience with ERP systems and strong MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Fluency in English and Dutch; additional languages are a bonus
Proven leadership experience with an adaptable and motivational style
Ability to prioritize effectively and make decisions under pressure
Excellent communicator and confident negotiator
Resilient, persistent, and thrives in dynamic business environments
